As somebody who lives in the Ithaca area, I looked at local IT solutions but they were just simply too expensive. I wanted to create a more affordable option for the community, while still providing high-quality service. We undercut our competitiors by 40-60% in some cases. We also have a strong focus on education, offering workshops and free YouTube videos to help our customers understand their technology better.
